OUR APPROACH TO CLEANERS
Good service starts with the people delivering it.
Astiq doesn’t see cleaners as interchangeable labour.
We look for experienced, dependable people and carefully vet them before assigning them to client sites. We give cleaners clear expectations, the right equipment and products, and the support they need to do their work properly.
Wherever practical, we also prioritise continuity. Someone who regularly cleans the same site gets to know the routine, understands what matters and becomes familiar with the standard expected.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Astiq was founded by Sophia Jefferson, who brings previous experience running a cleaning business in Manchester alongside a background in business management and client service.
Having seen both the operational side of cleaning and the frustrations businesses can experience when a service isn’t properly managed, she created Astiq to offer something more dependable, more accountable and easier to work with.
